30 Day Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, not assembled and in its original packaging at a resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and be the original buyer.
If you are looking to refund an item under our 30-day change of mind policy, freight and delivery expenses are considered a separate service and will be passed on to the customer. To facilitate this, Insource will deduct the shipping cost from the eligible reimbursement amount (the price of products purchased) and pay this to the courier directly on behalf of the customer. The Insource team will discuss these costs with you prior to processing the refund. You also have the option to organise your own shipping method, we recommend a service with tracking, we only credit goods when they arrive back in our warehouse and not when they are sent.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), Gift Cards, used goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (ideally within 2 days of receiving your order) by contacting us on info@insourceonline.com.au , and the team will advise you on the quickest way to complete an exchange. We will also advise you any costs for shipping & handling where necessary. Please allow for processing & shipping times.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Damaged in Transit
We do our best to package all our products to avoid any damage however, if your order arrives and the packaging or items itself are clearly and significantly damaged, please take photos showing the damage and refuse delivery with the courier. Please contact us immediately and we will follow this up with the couriers.
If you notice damage after delivery, please also take photos of the damage and contact us as soon as possible (within 2 days) so we can work with you to remedy the situation. In this case, the return shipping fees will be covered by us.
Cancellation / Changes to order
If an order needs to be cancelled or changed, please contact us asap. If in the event the order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot process a cancellation or refund until we receive all items back in the warehouse. We dispatch all orders at the earliest dispatch time possible so please contact us immediately.

Shipping & Postage

Freight is calculated at checkout. For freight on multiple items, simply add all the products to your cart and use the shipping calculator upon checkout. If bulk orders are needed feel free to contact us via our website messaging portal for a custom quote.
Our shipping time frame varies depending on your location and the items you have ordered, but generally speaking, your order will be immediately dispatched same or next day and your products should arrive within 1-7 business days Australia wide business days from dispatch.
Shipping may be affected by factors such as the distance, weather and various logistics related delays in which case, please take this into consideration for the rare occurrence of slower shipping times. When this happens, we will keep you up to date as needed.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Items have a shipping cost unless the listing/item states it is Free Postage. Freight costs vary for each buyer depending on their postcode/location.
- Deliveries cannot be sent to a post office box due to some items being above size restrictions for Australia Post.
- Couriers can only deliver Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Delivery charges are quoted as “curbside delivery” which means as close to your premises as practical for a truck and to the ground floor.
- It is your responsibility to advise us:
- If someone will be available to sign for the delivery.
- If there is somewhere safe it can be left if no one is home (e.g. around the back of the house)
- If the address is a business address. We will require information regarding the business hours and the name of the building.
- If you miss the delivery, there may be a possibility that may require you to pick up the delivery from the freight companies depot or arrange a re-delivery which may incur additional costs.
- We cannot advise you of the exact day and time delivery will occur however, we will email you the tracking details and the freight company contact details and they can provide you with a better estimation of the time.
- Items may be delivered with additional packaging for transit protection, or on a pallet for ease of transportation. It is the responsibility of the customer for the removal of any waste at the delivery location.

Warranty

If your product requires attention, please return the item with all original packaging and contents (If possible), together with proof of purchase to an Insource online store. For delivery orders please contact us with your order number and we will organise for the item to be returned, freight and delivery expenses are considered a separate service and will be passed on to the customer.
If the products are damaged during logistics, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package with evidence of this damage. In this case, the return fee will be covered by us.
